RETURN POLICY

Absolutely no refunds or cancellations will be processed, NO EXCEPTIONS. No changes may be made once an order has been placed.

Items purchased from the CC LEVELLE ONLINE BOUTIQUE are eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days after pickup or delivery occurs and all returns must be initiated within the 7 day period.

To Initiate A Return For Store Credit Or Exchange - Contact CC Levelle by sending a direct message through the Contact Us page and please provide a description of what you plan to return, the reason for return, and the tracking information for the return package. 

Customers will be responsible for any costs related to return shipping for items purchased from the CC LEVELLE ONLINE BOUTIQUE.

Any items marked FINAL SALE, LINGERIE, SWIM WEAR, OR SALON PRODUCTS are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

RETURNED ITEM CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, or other substances on them will not be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN PROCESS

Customers returning items will receive an email confirmation when their return package is delivered back to our store. Returns take approximately 7-14 business days to process.

Once a return is processed, a confirmation email with a unique promo code in the amount of any credit due will be sent.

DAMAGED ITEMS
